I have to say, 2017 has been an incredible year for me.
I’ve been able to wake up and read emails from people whose lives have been changed by my website. People who have worked up the motivation to detox, or made it 60 days without drinking for the first time ever, or finally left alcohol cravings in the past and moved on to build a purpose-driven life.
If this is you, just know that I couldn’t be more grateful for your decision to reach out to me.
Yet I know that there are many people out there who are still struggling, and who don’t know where to start.
The holiday season is incredibly tough when you know that you need to quit drinking – somehow, someway, and at some point in the not-too-distant future.
I used to get a pit in my stomach around the holidays. I knew that everyone around me would be drinking, and that I would drink even more than usual – putting my health at serious risk. I was so good at concealing the amount that I drank, that my friends and family assumed I was just holiday binging.
Few things are more demoralizing than struggling through withdrawal symptoms on Christmas morning. Or sneaking alcohol into your coffee so that you can relax and act bearably around your relatives.
If any of this sounds familiar to you, then I want to introduce you to something that can help you get started on improving your life – even before the New Year rolls around.
In my twenties, I made New Years’ Resolutions to control my alcohol addiction for 5 years in a row. I failed all of them. But if I’d known then what I know now, I definitely wouldn’t have let myself down so many times.
If I’d had Total Alcohol Recovery 2.0 at my fingertips, I would have been able to quit drinking, beat withdrawal symptoms, and rebuild my life in a few months – rather than several years.
Total Alcohol Recovery 2.0 is an online course that lays out all of the steps required to reclaim your body and brain from alcohol addiction. Actually, it is much more than that. You will have to see for yourself.
I’ve created it because my private coaching has been so successful that I want to make the same kind of guidance available on a wider scale.
Therefore, I wanted to create an online course that satisfies the following conditions:
- Totally confidential/anonymous
- Uses an easy and intuitive online software called Ruzuku
- Proceeds in a logical order from deciding to conquer addiction all the way up to building the life you were meant to live
You will be free to skip to sections that are most relevant to your situation. There is no pressure to complete it in any period of time. Once you enroll, you will have access to the information for the rest of your life!
The course expands on themes from Fit Recovery and my eBook, Drinking Sucks!, without being redundant.
I love to create new content and so rest assured that I have not simply turned my eBook into a course! This course contains a lot of information that I have not yet shared with anyone except my private coaching clients.
I have put a lot of time and effort consolidating everything that I have found, in my own experience and that of my private coaching clients, to be necessary for transcending addiction.
Feel free to utilize the discussion forums and get personal replies from me. I’m looking forward to your personal transformation!
