How To Get The Most Out Of Fit Recovery

I’ve enjoyed getting questions from people who have benefited from the articles on this website, and who want to know whether they should invest in my eBook, online course, or private coaching. Or all of these resources, or none of them!

Before I delve into this question, I have to say that I’ve been totally blown away by the heartwarming emails that I’ve received over the past month.

Fit Recovery is currently read by thousands of people every day. What started as a minor project has become a legitimate online community.  If you’re reading this, then you’re part of it, and I’m extremely happy to have you here.

I hope that when you ultimately conquer alcohol addiction and start feeling better than you ever thought possible, you will share the strategies that worked for you with others.

Now back to the original question…

The truth is that everyone in alcohol recovery has different needs.

A few people have written to me and said that they’ve been able to quit drinking after reading a few of my free articles, and that’s awesome!!

Many people have quit drinking after reading my eBook, while others are having breakthroughs thanks to the in-depth information and interactive support that comes with the online course.

And other people have gotten the most from one-on-one coaching with me, because their missing link was hands-on help in devising an optimal path forward.

In this article, I will give you some more background about why I created these resources, and what you will find if you decide to use any of them.

The Story Behind Drinking Sucks!

My eBook, Drinking Sucks!, was born in 2016 from pure inner compulsion. And intellectual obsession. And moral duty.

But mostly, I wrote it because drinking really sucks and quitting is just about the most liberating thing you can do.

I felt totally alone in my outlook on addiction recovery. But I knew which combination of concrete strategies, and what sense of life, had enabled me to finally transcend addiction.

I desperately wanted to write down what I’d learned and share it with others.

I was actually terrified of forgetting the most important essentials and being unable to share them.

I couldn’t move on with my life without doing something that could help at least one person perceive what I regarded to be profound truths that were being ignored by the so-called experts.

Drinking Sucks! contains my original epiphanies about the following topics:

  • Peacefully coexisting with – while opting out of – our insane drinking culture
  • The nature of alcohol addiction itself
  • Supplements and mindset techniques that actually work to prevent relapse
  • NLP techniques that I used to reframe alcohol as a moot substance
  • Finding lifelong meaning in self-improvement after quitting drinking

This eBook includes a 30 Day Plan that integrates the strategies I used to leave addiction in the past and begin to discover true happiness without alcohol.

I’ve lost track of the number of people who have written to me and said that they were able to finally quit drinking, thanks to Drinking Sucks!

Solving Every Last Piece Of The Addiction Puzzle: Total Alcohol Recovery 2.0

After I wrote my eBook, I spent countless late nights researching even more about alcohol recovery. I also took on dozens of private coaching clients.

I witnessed incredible transformations that made me question how the hell the average rehab center has a 90% relapse rate.

And I began to wonder how I could make the benefits of my coaching programs accessible to more people.

I had seen how narrow-minded many addiction recovery “specialists” were. They latched onto one method or another with religious fervor. If you didn’t like their favored spiritual approach, or their favored medication, they would keep your money and send you elsewhere.

And so my newest idea struck me like a bolt of lightning.

Total Alcohol Recovery 2.0 was going to finish what Drinking Sucks! had started, by filling in EVERY missing gap in alcohol recovery so that you can create the best possible recovery plan.

It would present a malleable, yet logical game plan for recovery – and include details.

It would also contain discussion forums that I would personally participate in.

And, like my eBook, it would be 100% refunded to anyone who didn’t benefit from it within 60 days of purchase.

I wanted my course to be intuitive and easy to follow. It would be structured in such a way that people could discover their own best way to get off of alcohol and learn to love life without it.

And, like my coaching programs, it would provide a ticket to success even for people who had already spent thousands of dollars on ineffective rehab programs.

Judging by the feedback so far, I’m confident that it accomplishes ALL of these objectives.

Total Alcohol Recovery 2.0 illuminates the following crucial topics that most addiction counselors fail to grasp:

  • The science behind why alcohol is so hard to quit
  • How to utilize half a dozen home detox methods
  • Strategies for getting rid of both physical and mental alcohol cravings
  • How to recognize and prevent post-acute withdrawal symptoms
  • Every supplement I’ve discovered that can support your recovery and/or enhance your life
  • Specific diet improvements you’ll need to make to support your recovery
  • Strategies for rewiring your brain after you quit drinking
  • How to utilize half a dozen medications for alcohol cravings
  • How to improve your relationships and maximize support
  • How to optimize your life and develop new passions after you’ve quit drinking
  • How to navigate your social life without alcohol
  • …And much more that I don’t have room to include here

I’ve been struck by the level of support and positivity expressed by the wonderful people in my online course.

People also leave valuable feedback about their experiences with the supplements and lifestyle strategies that I write about on Fit Recovery. Some participate anonymously and others use their real names.

This course has only been available for about a month, and I can already tell that we are very close to some success stories!!

If you’ve already read my eBook, you can still get a ton of information and inspiration out of Total Alcohol Recovery 2.0 – and vice versa.

My online course simply contains more information, involves interactive support, and integrates a lot of relevant subjects that I researched – and witnessed with my coaching clients – after writing my eBook.

“So Which One Should I Invest In?”

The Next Level: Private Alcohol Recovery Coaching

If you want an optimized plan for beating addiction that I personally design with you, then you can always sign up for Private Alcohol Recovery Coaching.

Some people do best with the rapid implementation of solutions and enhanced accountability that comes from one-on-one guidance.

Plus, depending on which package you choose, you will get one or both of the other two resources for free!!

My private coaching clients will tell you that I have no problem spending as much time as you need to benefit from our sessions, even if our sessions sometimes go a bit over the time limit.

However, private coaching is expensive, and if you’re looking primarily for useful information rather than one-on-one guidance, then you can get many of the benefits of coaching by participating in Total Alcohol Recovery 2.0.

I light up every time I log into the online course and see that yet another person has found a new tool that’s helping them to beat alcohol addiction for good.

And just the other day, someone told me after reading my eBook: “It sounded like you were writing just for me.”

But you already know that I can’t beat alcohol addiction for you.

You have to truly WANT it.

Whether you need extra strategies and motivation is entirely up to you.

I’m just here to tell you that you are not as powerless as you might think.

Until next time,

Chris

This book has been very helpful and inspiring to me in an attempt to quit drinking. Even after reading the whole thing, I pick it up for inspiration. I have chosen to go into outpatient therapy, but the book has helped me stay on track.” – Satisfied Customer
