I’m going to share with you the fastest way I know of to get fit without a gym.
I created this program last summer for myself, because I was about to be out of town for two weddings for nearly 2 weeks.
It takes about 30 mins and it’s ridiculously effective. After every time I did this, I looked and felt like I’d just gotten back from the gym. It’s the closest thing to a heavy workout I’ve done with ZERO equipment.
Here are the instructions: Do all of the exercises below for one minute. Do it three times through. Done.
1) Push-Ups
2) Jump Squats
3) Supermans
4) Spiderman planks
5) Towel curls
This is a full body workout and I can 100% guarantee that it works like a charm.
One tip: Make sure you’re breathing as much oxygen into your body as you can. This sounds dumb, but I have to remind clients (and myself) to breathe all the time. People tend to forget for some reason, and they crash and can’t finish exercises.
If I were just sent to prison or rehab, I would do this workout every single day. I don’t plan on going to either, I’m just saying.
If you plan on doing this regularly…Well then, enjoy your 300-caliber physique.
